Artists' Gallery Grand Reopening Reception - March 13, 5-8pm

Artists' Gallery's Grand Reopening reception:
Saturday evening, March 13 from 5pm - 8pm

Thanks to a lot of hard work from everyone involved, Artists' Gallery's move to 18 Bridge Street went very smoothly and we opened for business as planned on March 5.  Now it's time to celebrate!   Please join us if you can for our Grand Reopening Reception this Saturday evening, March 13, from 5pm to 8pm.

If the rainy weather keeps you away, please come and see us when the weather clears.  Gallery hours are still Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11am - 6pm, but we may be open additional days so if you're driving by, stop in and see if we're open.  We're all very proud of our gallery and we're sure that you'll be impressed with our new space:

To help you find us:  if you're driving down Bridge Street heading towards New Hope, Artists' Gallery is on the right hand side, 2 doors before you cross the D&R Canal - we're at the corner of the alleyway that leads to Lilly's on the Canal.

Saturday's Grand Reopening reception is also the artists' reception for our current show "Local Color" featuring landscape paintings by Michael Schweigart and Joe Kazimierczyk.

Please join us and help us celebrate our move, our 15th anniversary and our current show.

Local Color

"Local Color"
Landscape paintings by
Joe Kazimierczyk and Michael Schweigart
at Artists' Gallery in Lambertville, NJ
March 5 - April 4, 2010
Opening reception: Saturday, March 13 from 5-8 pm.

During the month of March, Artists' Gallery features the work of landscape painters Michael Schweigart and Joe Kazimierczyk in the gallery's first show in its new location at 18 Bridge Street, Lambertville, NJ. Both artists take their inspiration from the local landscape, each with his own way of looking at the world. Schweigart's work is exquisitely rendered with an eye for fine detail, while Kazimierczyk takes a looser approach, painting in broad gestured strokes of thick paint.  Join them on Saturday, March 13, 2010, 5-8 pm for an opening reception at Artists' Gallery. The exhibition runs March 5 - Apr 4, 2010.

"On Cider Mill Road"
oil on canvas
by Joe Kazimierczyk

Joe Kazimierczyk works in a style of traditional realism and his work has consistently won awards in many of the region's juried art shows. In this exhibition, Mr Kazimierczyk's new work continues his explorations of the local countryside for which he is know, but with a greater emphasis on atmospheric effects and cloudscapes than in his past work.

After 15 years at it's location on Coryell Street, Artists' Gallery has moved to a new location at 18 Bridge Street in the heart of Lambertville. Please join Mr Schweigart and Kazimierczyk, and all of the Artists' Gallery artists to welcome them to their new location. Their reception on March 13 also serves as the Grand Reopening reception for the gallery in this first show at it's new location.
