Maxine Shore's painting "Hiking in the Swiss Alps" received the County Purchase Award in the recent Mercer County Artists Exhibition, and it will be hung in the Mercer County Administration building in Trenton, NJ. 

The Mercer County Artists Exhibition is over now, but more of Maxine's work can always be seen at Artists' Gallery in Lambertville, NJ.   Congratulations, Maxine!

This painting was inspired by one of Beatrice's many trips to Asa Wright Nature Center in Trinidad & Tobago.
