As part of the Artsbridge Distinguished Artist Series, Gail Bracegirdle will be guest speaker at the Artsbridge members meeting on Thursday, Jan 17 at 7:00 pm at:
Riverrun Gallery at Laceworks
287 South Main Street (Rt 29)
Lambertville, NJ 08530

Gail B (as her work is signed) studied textile design at Moore College of Art and had a career in that industry until 1990. Wanting to explore new challenges, she began to dedicate all her time and energy to painting in watercolor. In 1993, she added teaching to her list of accomplishments and finds this to be a "wonderfully enjoyable and rewarding experience".

A signature member of the Philadelphia Water Color Society, her paintings are actively exhibited in juried, group and solos shows throughout the region, have won awards, and are held in private collections in the United States, Europe and Australia. Her work was featured in Artists’ Magazine, July 1999 issue, "Give Your Art a New Wrinkle" and published in "Splash 6" (2000) and "Artists of the River Towns" by Doris Brandes (2002).

Artsbridge is the premier Lambertville / New Hope arts organization and Gail's talk is sure to be a fascinating one.
